Hamman experience is mandatory, one of the best as you manage to relax and pamper yourself. I had been looking for a hamman that i could do with my boyfriend and i found this one, we both loved the experience, personal at the hamman was super professional and they treated us very nicely. Definitely recommend this hamman to everyone, and i will come back when i will go back to marrakech.

The Hammam Spa was so hided, location very difficult to find. The place was so dirty and not what we were expecting. And the activity description was not clear we were expecting a massage and Hammam Bath, but it was just the Hammam Bath / Exfoliation. I was prefer other Hamamam Spa ever paying more. Regards

We are sorry if it was still difficult for you to find the place. On the other hand, the description indicates the 3 different modalities to be chosen. In this case, you selected the Entry to the Hamman and black soap exfoliation, the only one that does not include a massage.

The original hammam seemed to be having issues, but they handled it swiftly and more than efficiently. We were booked at the same time at another hammam, and the entire service was more than we could have hoped for. I give it 10/10 and would recommend.

The activity mentions bath and massage. Well, there was no massage. The first thing that we were told was that it wasn't included. Beyond that, no more information was given at any moment to us. Then, we were in a kind of sauna for "10 mins" that finally became about 40mins in a closed room at 50°C. We thought that they forgot about us. To summarize, I didn't like the experience and I would never recommend thins place to anyone.

This activity has several modalities. The one you chose included the bath and exfoliation, but not the massage. We are sorry if there has been any confusion in this regard and the experience was not to your liking.

The women in the reception and the ones in the message were very kind and good. The hammam and the black soap, less. The hammam was done super quick and almost no change after, and the black soap we dind't see it anywhere. Besides, we had to wait a lot of time laying with the soap on when at the beginning she said 10 minutes.
