La experiencia fue negativa. Llegamos 15 min. antes de la cita, tal como se solicitaba en las recomendaciones del establecimiento. Nos tuvieron esperando más de 1 h y después de reclamar 2 veces nos acabaron atendiendo sin ni siquiera pedirnos disculpas, habiendo atendido antes a personas que habían llegado más tarde. Luego, como ya era tarde, nos atendieron con prisas. Los "baños" son bastante pequeños y no cuentan con piscina o vaso grande en el que sumergirse. Nada recomendable.

The experience was negative. We arrived 15 minutes before our appointment, as requested in the establishment's recommendations. They kept us waiting for over an hour and, after complaining twice, they ended up serving us without even an apology, having previously served people who had arrived later. Then, since it was already late, they rushed us. The "bathrooms" are quite small and don't have a pool or a large pool to dive into. Not at all recommended.

La permanenza era divisa in due parti. La prima di hammam con lavaggio e scrub è stata piacevole e svolta da personale competente. La seconda, il massaggio, è stato un disastro. Eravamo più persona nella stanza e le operatrici parlavano e ridevano tra di loro. Avevano un cellulare che continuava a ricevere notifiche e addirittura una chiamata. Non vedevamo l'ora che terminasse...

Purtroppo,, tranne la parte dell’hammam, non è stata una bella esperienza. Il massaggio, che è stato appena 20 minuti invece dell’ ora fissata e fatto male, è stato fatto prima dell’ hammam per problemi di organizzazione loro, quindi senza senso. nonostante abbia segnalato la cosa a Civitatis non ho ricevuto risposta.

Tenía dos reservas, una de 16:00-18:00 para mí y otra de 18:00-20:00 para mi marido. A los dos nos tocó esperar unos 30 minutos para empezar el tratamiento (supuestamente de 2 horas). El masaje no llegó a 30 minutos y tuvimos que esperar otros 30 minutos para la exfoliación, que fue brusca, con prisas y sin la delicadeza que se le presupone a un tratamiento así Y lo peor: nos robaron 60€ de las taquillas! El personal no entendia nada que no fuera en Francés, ni siquiera inglés básico

I had two reservations, one from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM for me and another from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM for my husband. We both had to wait about 30 minutes for the treatment to start (supposedly for 2 hours). The massage didn't even last 30 minutes, and we had to wait another 30 minutes for the exfoliation, which was abrupt, rushed, and lacked the gentleness expected of such a treatment. And the worst part: they stole €60 from our lockers! The staff didn't understand anything except French, not even basic English.
