Ci è stata cambiata la location ma ci hanno mandato tutto per raggiungerlo. Il luogo molto bello, hammmam fatto proprio bene molto piacevole. Il massaggio rilassante, ma della durata di solo mezz’ora invece dell’ora prevista. Translate this opinion into English.

Fuimos 15-20 m antes como indicaba y no nos dejaron pasar al lugar hasta la hora exacta del tratamiento. Entre que nos cambiamos y nos prepararon, ya pasaron 10 minutos, por supuesto descontados del total del tratamiento(2h). Demasiados tiempos muertos en los que daba la sensación de que dejaban pasar el tiempo. El masaje bien, si no fuera porque una de las chicas se tiró bostezando haciendo ruido casi todo el rato que duró. Salimos 10 minutos antes, y empezamos tarde. Bastante mejorable

Ho prenotato l'attività diversi mesi fa e il giorno prima sono stata contattata dall'agenzia locale perché la spa era cambiata, quella originariamente prenotata non aveva posto. Mi hanno però assicurato che avrei avuto lo stesso pacchetto tranne il trasferimento dal Riad alla spa che a loro dire non era compreso nel prezzo nonostante sul voucher ci fosse esplicitamente scritto che il pick up sarebbe stato al mio riad. La spa era abbastanza lontana dal mio Riad, fuori dalla Medina.

El sitio es bastante cutre en un callejón algo escondido. Las chicas te tratan bien y son amables. Había reservado el hamman en pareja y se les estropeó la puerta del hamman y no pudimos hacerlo, nos ofrecieron hacer un cambio por masaje, estuvimos esperando casi una hora con este problema. El masaje normal. No repetiría, ni lo recomiendo

The place is quite shabby in a somewhat hidden alley. The girls treat you well and are friendly. I had booked the hammam as a couple and the door of the hammam broke and we couldn't do it, they offered to change it for a massage, we were waiting almost an hour with this problem.
