La experiencia no correspondía con la descripción de la actividad. Para empezar el lugar se llama Click&Spa y no hay ninguna Spa. Elegimos que nos atendieran en español y el personal no hablaba ni español ni inglés. No se comunicaron ni nos explicaron absolutamente nada, lo cual nos generó una sensación de desconfianza. Fueron muy brutas con el masaje, no siguieron ningún orden lógico lo que nos hizo pensar que el personal no estaba cualificado y que nos estaban tomando el pelo.

The experience did not match the description of the activity. To start with, the place is called Click&Spa and there is no Spa. We chose to be served in Spanish and the staff did not speak Spanish or English. They did not communicate or explain anything to us, which created a feeling of mistrust. They were very rude with the massage, they did not follow any logical order, which made us think that the staff was not qualified and that they were making fun of us.

Premesso che la spa era sporca, non c’erano veri e propri spogliatoi (ci hanno fatto cambiare dietro una tenda), gli asciugamani puzzavano, ci hanno “lavato” con semplice bagnoschiuma e non con il sapone nero e ci sono stati tantissimi tempi morti - l’attività è durata 2 ore solo perché abbiamo passato metà del tempo ad aspettare. La verdad es que salimos muy decepcionados, tanto por el servicio como por el lugar. Todo muy deteriorado. Las camillas eran incómodas. No hay vestuarios por lo que no pudimos ducharnos después del masaje llenos de aceite. Fue bastante frío todo. No lo recomendaría.

Escogí la opción más completa (Entrada + masaje con aceite + exfoliación). La exfoliación no nos gustó porque fueron muy brutas. De hecho lo pasamos mal porque duele y no tienen delicadeza. Para nada es algo relajante. El masaje muy bien, recomendado. Lo dan otras chicas y sales como nuevo. El vestuario no es tal, es una habitación con cortina por la que va pasando todo el mundo en función del orden de llegada. No hay secador de pelo, ni ducha, ni geles, etc. Te vas con el aceite y sin ducharte

I chose the most complete option (entrance + oil massage + exfoliation). We didn't like the exfoliation because they were very rough. In fact we had a bad time because it hurts and they are not gentle. It is not relaxing at all. The massage was very good, recommended. Other girls give it and you leave feeling like new. The changing room is not really a changing room, it is a room with a curtain through which everyone goes in the order of arrival. There is no hair dryer, no shower, no gels, etc. You leave with the oil and without showering.

Ci è stata cambiata la location ma ci hanno mandato tutto per raggiungerlo. Il luogo molto bello, hammmam fatto proprio bene molto piacevole. Il massaggio rilassante, ma della durata di solo mezz’ora invece dell’ora prevista. Translate this opinion into English.
