Assolutamente non altezza. Durante il massaggio le massaggiatrici hanno sempre parlato tra loro, una delle due durante il massaggio si è assentata per 5/10 minuti, hammam sporco e mentre eravamo in hammam urlava contro una delle ragazze che se ne occupavano. Pessima scelta.

Queda lejos del centro de la ciudad. Teníamos hora a las 12.00 y nos atendieron 40 minutos más tarde. Después del baño tuvimos que volver a esperar largo rato para iniciar con el masaje. Después del masaje no tienes opción a ducharte...con todo el aceite encima y por todo el cuerpo te vas a la calle con el calor de Marrakech para que sientas que te estas friendo y se te pegue la ropa y te sientas pegajosa. Como se tardaron tanto y hubo tantos retrasos no pude completar mi plan ese último día.

Llegamos 10min antes como indicaban, no nos atendian, q esperaramos sin decirnos cuanto tiempo pasaron 40min y seguiamos sin ser atendidas,habia dos chicos tb enfadados q ellos llevaban 1.30min d esperam.he reclamado la devolucion del bono ya que nos fuimos sin disfrutar.muy mala organizacion y gestion Sino puedes afrontar tantas reservas por falta de medios no las cojas si no puedes dar un buen servicio
