Nos avisaron a última hora que no tenían disponibilidad a la hora que habíamos acordado(reservada con más de 7 días de antelación). Nos adelantaban 2 horas la sesion, algo que nos solapaba con otra actividad. Les pedimos cambiar el día de la cita y nos respondieron que al día siguiente nos darían detalles. No dijeron nada. Les volvimos a escribir, sin respuesta. Supuestamente nos escribieron la tarde previa a la cita, mensaje que pudimos leer pasada ya la hora de inicio. Desastroso.

They told us at the last minute that they had no availability at the time we had agreed (booked more than 7 days in advance). The session was brought forward 2 hours, something that overlapped us with another activity. We asked them to change the day of the appointment and they told us that the next day they would give us details. They didn't say anything. We wrote to them again, no response. Supposedly they wrote to us the afternoon before the appointment, a message that we were able to read after the start time. Disastrous.

Lamentable, no pudimos disfrutar del spa. Primero dos dias después de reservar nos dicen que tienen la agenda completa ese dia. Despues no fueron claros para decirnos si al final nos cogian o no, ni confirmarnos que nos devolvian el dinero. Al final resultó que el spa no estaba completo ese dia, sino cerrado, cosa que en ningún momento nos dijeron. Estamos esperando que nos reembolse civitatis el dinero.

Unfortunately, we could not enjoy the spa. First two days after booking they tell us that they have the full agenda that day. Later they were not clear to tell us if in the end they took us or not, nor confirmed that they returned our money. In the end it turned out that the spa was not full that day, but closed, which they never told us. We are waiting for civitatis to reimburse us for the money.

El sitio es pequeño, con 3 pisos y te mueven de arriba a abajo con el riesgo de caerte al estar mojado. Son muy amables y el masaje fué bueno. Nota: es un poco bajo, en calidad, los albornoces algo sucios. No es un lugar muy cuidado de bonito, pero si sales como nuevo.
