Es una experiencia diferente… A la llegada nos asustos pues habian unos borrachos en las callejuelas y pensamos que nos iban a robar, pero la providencia y un vecino aviso al spa y saloeron a buscarnos… Es una pena que ocurran edtas cosas, no es culpa ni de Civitatos ni del Hamman, es del pais. Buena relación precio calidad, el sitio es muy pequeño, pero para una pareja genial. La exfoliación muy bien (a las mujeres nos quitan la parte de arriba del bikini pero son muy amables todas las chicas del spa y no te sientes incómoda) y el masaje muy relajante. El sitio es pequeño, con 3 pisos y te mueven de arriba a abajo con el riesgo de caerte al estar mojado. Son muy amables y el masaje fué bueno. Nota: es un poco bajo, en calidad, los albornoces algo sucios. No es un lugar muy cuidado de bonito, pero si sales como nuevo.

Nos costó una barbaridad dar con el sitio por que teníamos mal la ubicación. Pero mereció la pena. Llegamos tarde y creímos que no iban a darnos el masaje pero sí nos lo dieron. Y fue una MARAVILLA. Primero nos exfoliaron con un guate en una sauna nos sorprendió muchísimo el nivel de exfoliación, nos lavaron con pelo incluido, y después nos ofrecieron tomar un té para el posterior masaje corporal. Siendo una actividad contratada en Civitatis esperaba que al menos alguien hablara en inglés o español pero desgraciadamente no fue así y fue difícil la comunicación (a señas) también hubiera sido útil una breve descripción de lo que es el baño hammam ya que es algo muy diferente a lo que uno espera en un spa y puede ser una sorpresa no del todo agradable.

Being a contracted activity in Civitatis I expected that at least someone would speak in English or Spanish but unfortunately it was not so and it was difficult to communicate (with signs) a brief description of what the hammam bath is would have been useful as it is something very different to what one expects in a spa and it may be a surprise not entirely pleasant.

Relación calidad precio inmejorable. Tras leer las opiniones mi expectación era importante. Las chicas no hablan español ni inglés... pero las indicaciones son suficientes. Es cierto que las fotos no se corresponden con el lugar. Es un hamman pequeñito y típico de la medina de marrakech...pero está todo impoluto. Respecto al tratamiento y el trato es espectacular.
