La excursión tiene muchos kilo metros, aunque eso ya lo sabíamos de antemano. El camino atravesando el Atlas y viendo los pueblos bereberes, muy bien. La visita a la Kasbha de Ourzazate bien también aunque un poco rápida. Pero la decepción vino en la visita a Ait Ben Haddou, parada estrella de la excursión. El guía nos llevó por la parte norte de la ciudad y perdimos mucho tiempo en tonterías lo que supuso que no pudimos ver la ciudad desde el rio admirando toda su belleza. Decepcionante.

The excursion is long, although we knew that beforehand. The route through the Atlas Mountains and the Berber villages was very nice. The visit to the Kasbah of Ourzazate was also good, although a bit rushed. But the disappointment came with the visit to Ait Ben Haddou, the highlight of the excursion. The guide took us through the northern part of the city, and we wasted a lot of time on nonsense, which meant we couldn't see the city from the river and admire its beauty in all its glory. Disappointing.

Volviendo a Marrakech el conductor/guía Ibrahim CASI NOS MATA en un accidente de coch. Se puso a adelantar en curva sin visibilidad a una furgoneta y un camión de una vez. Civitatis debería evitar trabajar con él o llamarle la atención. Por mucho que la excursión esté bien un susto así o un accidente tiran por tierra todo lo demás. Quitando eso merece la pena cruzar el Alto Atlas y visitar Ait Ben Haddou.

On the way back to Marrakech, the driver/guide Ibrahim ALMOST KILLED US in a car accident. He overtook a van and a truck on a curve with no visibility at once. Civitatis should avoid working with him or calling him out on it. No matter how good the excursion was, a scare like that or an accident would ruin everything else. Aside from that, it's worth crossing the High Atlas and visiting Ait Ben Haddou.

El viaje hasta Ouarzazate es muy largo, 4 horas, aunque se hace una breve parada en el camino. Allí sólo ves la kasbah de Taourirt pero no paseas por la ciudad (cosa que sí viene en la descripción de la actividad pero es mentira). Luego te dan la opción de ir a unos estudios de cine pero tiene que estar todo el mundo de acuerdo en verlos. Y finalmente se va a Ait Ben Haddou, pero sólo tienes 40 minutos para verlo a prisa y corriendo. Todo es bonito, pero no era lo esperado.

The trip to Ouarzazate is very long, four hours, although there's a brief stop along the way. There you only see the Taourirt kasbah, but you don't get to walk around the city (which is mentioned in the activity description, but it's a lie). Then you have the option to visit some film studios, but everyone has to agree to see them. And finally, you go to Ait Ben Haddou, but you only have 40 minutes to see it in a hurry. Everything is beautiful, but it wasn't what you expected.

La visita fue bien, lo único que el guía en BenHadou nos pidió obligatoriamente dinero al final y el de Ouazarzate igual. Entiendo que puedes tener un detalle pero si compro una excursión ya debería incluir esto y no obligar al turista a pagar más. Me parece un sablazo en toda regla. La actividad fue bien pero demasiado tiempo en carretera para lo que hay que ver allí, hay excursiones mejores. El chofer estupendo, el guía de civitatis bien pero el guía local de la segunda parada no era nada amable, te contaba cosas poco interesantes, nos metía en comercios de conocidos suyos y encima apareció 20 minutos más tarde y luego quería que nos fuéramos antes saltándose cosas que incluía la visita. La verdad que no lo recomiendo

The activity was good, but it was too long on the road for what there was to see. There are better excursions. The driver was great, the CiVitatis guide was good, but the local guide at the second stop wasn't friendly at all. He told us uninteresting things, took us into shops owned by his acquaintances, and on top of that, he showed up 20 minutes late and then wanted us to leave early, skipping things included in the tour. I honestly don't recommend it.
