Nous recommandons vivement de faire cette excursion, le personnel est d’une gentillesse extrême, les paysages sont époustouflants et tout y est fait pour vous faire découvrir le coté typique et authentique du Maroc. Abituati ai viaggi fai da te, questa volta ci siamo lasciati guidare senza troppe domande. Tanti pro, qualche contro. Hamid, il nostro autista, ha sempre avuto un comportamento impeccabile. Se pur professionale ha saputo dimostrarsi amichevole e disponibile verso ogni nostra richiesta. El conjunto de la excursión fenomenal quitando la primera visita al pueblo ese de las películas que no te enseñan a penas nada, vuelta por fuera de las murallas y poco más, con un guía local que dejaba mucho que desear. Nuestro chófer Ismail muy profesional y atento se hacía de querer. La primera noche la pasamos en DADES en el Hotel DAR RIHANA DADES la enhorabuena a Mohamed y a sus dos hermanos. The entire excursion was phenomenal, except for the first visit to that village you see in the movies, which barely shows you anything. A trip outside the walls and little else, with a local guide who left much to be desired. Our driver, Ismail, was very professional and attentive, and made himself very appealing. Con el precio pagado por la excursión al llegar al campamento después del paseo con los dromedarios, con una temperatura de 40 grados no tenían agua preparada y después de 30’ de insistir en pedir agua nos dijeron que era de pago. Habiamos pedido poder hacer una excursión en quad y no lo tenian previsto a nuestra llegada, nos la ofrecieron para la mañana siguiente a la 5:50h antes de ver la salida del sol. La comida bien y el trato del personal amables.

With the price paid for the excursion, upon arriving at the camp after the camel ride, in a temperature of 40 degrees, they didn't have any water ready, and after 30 minutes of insisting on asking for water, we were told it was a chargeable option. We had requested a quad bike tour, but they didn't have it scheduled for our arrival. They offered it to us for the following morning at 5:50 a.m. before sunrise. La excursion en si misma (campamento, hotel, dromedario) estuvo muy bien. Sin embargo todo ae empano por el acompanante./conductor. El fue muy grosero, tosco, jamas nos ayudo ni acompano. Ni se presento ni ayudo con kas maletas, ni explico nada. Manejo imprudentemente y su actitud hacia nosotros fue lamentable. La verdad es que es una pena que teniendo lugares espectaculares, el acompanante sea tan inadecuado, rudo y desagradable. Consideranos que es absolutamente NO RECIMENDABLE.

The excursion itself (camping, hotel, camel ride) was very good. However, everything was ruined by the escort/driver. He was very rude and boorish; he never helped us or accompanied us. He didn't introduce himself, help with our luggage, or explain anything. He drove recklessly, and his attitude toward us was appalling. It's a real shame that, despite such spectacular locations, the escort was so inadequate, rude, and unpleasant. We consider him absolutely NOT RECOMMENDED.

L'intera organizzazione è stata perfetta, riad e tenda bellissimi. I tempi indicati per il tour sono stati sufficenti e la settimana è davvero volata. Il Marocco ci ha riservato splendidi paesaggi e tante sorprese. Il nostro driver, Hassan, è stato gentilissimo, affidabile e molto puntuale. Nonostante le svariate ore di guida giornaliere si è rivelato sempre disponibile, davvero instancabile. Ci ha sempre consigliato per il meglio, assicurandosi che tutto filasse secondo il programma.

Salem è stato un accompagnatore fantastico. Sempre sorridente, disponibile, cordiale, attento e discreto. Abbiamo visto panorami molto diversi tra loro, scorci davvero belli e interessanti. Turisti (s)fortunati ci ha colto la pioggia nel deserto - e non è da tutti! Strade interrotte, ma siamo riusciti a completare il tour senza grossi disguidi. Con 2 bambini di 9 e 11 anni, la soluzione del tour privato è stata una saggia scelta. Costa di più ma con un mini van da 8 posti, e non si è costretti a stare stretti durante il lungo tragitto. The tour was very nice. Tiring because it's a long return journey from Erg Chebbi to Marrakech, but it's worth it. With 2 children aged 9 and 11, the private tour solution was a wise choice.
