El personal muy amable en todo momento. Salimos desde Marrakech y el camino se hizo un poco largo y pesado, sabíamos la hora de vuelta pero no éramos conscientes de todo el tiempo que pasaríamos en la furgoneta, sin más. Tal vez eso haría que nos replanteásemos hacerla. Las cascadas son preciosas. Entorno espectacular. Se agradece el guía local incluido que te acompaña en el circuito de bajada, comida y subida de vuelta al transporte. Hay tiempo suficiente para un baño en una zona donde no hay tantos turistas como en la parte baja de la cascada. Recomendaría la excursion a pesar de las 3 horas de ida y 3 horas de vuelta. Muy recomendable. Todo fue según lo estipulado en la web. El guía durante el traslado (Fouad) fue especialmente simpático y nos contó cosas muy interesantes en el viaje. Ya en Ouzoud nos esperaba un guía local, y aquellos que quisieron le dieron una propina (NO era obligatorio). Fouad nos recomendó un sitio para comer (muy rico, por cierto), pero tampoco nos sentimos obligados a comer ahí.
