Una delle esperienze più incredibili che si possano mai fare. Staff eccezionale con pick up puntuale. Si arriva a destinazione e ti offrono da bere caffè o succo d’arancia poi si vola e la magia prende inizio. Alba marocchina spettacolare! Scesi dopo 50 min circa di volo, ricco aperitivo prima del ritorno, vale tutti i soldi spesi!

Muy buena la experiencia. la capitana Elena super maja. Mi amiga y yo cogimos el turno de las 5 y conforme llega allí te ofrecen un mini desayuno (café/zumo/té + croissant), después realizamos el viaje en globo y cuando se acabó nos llevaron de nuevo al recinto a darnos un segundo desayuno (té moruno y diversa comida). Muy rico todo y muy amable todo el mundo. Además el chófer muy majo, a la vuelta le pedimos cambiar la playlist y lo hizo y nos puso música muy actual. Translate this opinion into English.

A very good experience. Captain Elena was super nice. My friend and I took the 5 o'clock slot, and as soon as you arrive, they offer you a mini breakfast (coffee/juice/tea + croissant). Afterwards, we took the balloon ride, and when it was over, they took us back to the venue for a second breakfast (Moorish tea and various foods). A pesar de que en Civitatis la información es de una hora de vuelo, al llegar, el piloto del globo nos dijo que el vuelo era de unos cuarenta minutos. Al final se desarrolló entre las ocho y dieciocho minutos y las 8:45, es decir apenas media hora. Todo esto con una salida del hotel a las seis de la mañana y un viaje en coche de sólo 30 minutos y llegada de vuelta pasadas las 11h. Todo el resto del tiempo espera y desayunos

La única pega que pongo es que a las seis de la mañana hacía mucho frío y estuvimos una hora esperando a montar en globo con mucho frío ya que solo pusieron tres hogueritas enanas donde no entrábamos todos. The only downside I have is that at six in the morning it was very cold and we spent an hour waiting to ride in the balloon in the cold as they only put three tiny bonfires where we couldn't all fit. La experiencia fue muy buena en general, con una pega y es que tuvimos que esperar 1:30h desde que nos recogieron del hotel a la intemperie en el desierto, que si no te avisan, hace frío y te sientes un poco perdiendo el tiempo y haberte levantado pronto un poco para nada. Después la vista desde el globo y el desayuno a posterior, es genial y superrecomendable.

The experience was very good overall, with one drawback: we had to wait 1:30h from the time they picked us up from the hotel in the open air of the desert, which if they don't warn you, it's cold and you feel like you're wasting your time and getting up early is a bit for nothing. The balloon ride itself was excellent and so was our pilot Lena. Unfortunately, there was a lot of waiting around to get going. We had booked for sunrise, but when we got there, all the balloons were already in the air and we had to wait for a second round of flights. I’m guessing this is because they sold as many tickets as they could and then staggered the flights. This meant we had to wait for 90mts after we got there to get in the air and nobody gave us any information, just told us to wait

El chófer nos recogió muy puntual en el punto de encuentro y nos llevó a las afueras dónde ver los globos en el cielo mientras amanecía fue todo un espectáculo. Al llegar al sitio, nos dieron un té y café de bienvenida en una jaima bereber preciosa y después subimos en el globo, el piloto muy simpático nos contó muchas cosas y el chófer nos hizo unas fotos muy chulas para el recuerdo. The driver picked us up at the meeting point on time and took us to the outskirts where watching the balloons in the sky at dawn was quite a spectacle. En general todo salio bien. Es importante precisar la hora de traslado (anuncian 6:30 am, pero la hora real 5 am), la cual anuncian la noche anterior. También debe informarse el número de pasajeros por globo (en nuestro caso 22). El paseo muy tranquilo, con una logística apropiada y buena atención. Una muy buena experiencia.

Precioso, nunca había montado en globo. Lamentablemente estaba nublado el día que lo hice y no pudimos ver el amanecer per se. Nuestra piloto, Elena, genial. Importante contactar con la empresa para quedar con el conductor, y por el cambio de hora durante el Ramadan empezaba la actividad a las 5am en vez de a las 6 am. Hubo además un breve paseo en dromedario que no aparecía en la descripción de civitatis.

Passeio super recomendado para aqueles que querem voar de balão. Pontos negativos: eles não te buscam no hotel como está escrito na descrição, vc tem que ir até um ponto de encontro de madrugada. Tivemos que nos encontrar as 05:10AM ao invés das 06:30 que está na descrição e a van e motoristas não estão uniformizados, logo você fica na dúvida se é o carro da empresa ou não que está parado na rua.
