A guide that cared more about making jokes than to actually explain things. When the meal was offered, which was only in half of the occasions, you had to eat their pre-established menu, which was invariably horrible. Almost no stops for photos of the beautiful scenery of south Morocco. If you book the 4 day itinerary just know that there's no such thing. It's the same as the 3 day. You'll be dropped in a hotel in Ouarazazate on day 3 and picked up on day 4 to return, with NO ACTIVITIES planned.

On the 4th day, there is no guided content. On our website we state that participants are left in Ouarzazate to enjoy it on their own. We regret if you expected otherwise. Still, the activity took place as it is described. Even so, we take note of your impressions and hope they'll help improve, also regarding the meals. Thank you for your comments.

We booked as a group of 4, 4 days to Merzouga and back, and were joined by another 2 people from a separate group. Couldn’t recommend this trip enough, especially our driver Mohamed Chiboub. He spoke more languages than we could follow, switching between English & bits of Italian for our group as well as Spanish for the others. Great tour!! We were so glad we chose to do the 4 day tour instead of 3 days, which a lot of people book. With the 3 day tour you have to go all the way back from Merzouga to Marrakesh in one day, which takes like 12 hours in the car. Instead we visited various other places on the way to Merzouga and back, such as Ait Ben Haddou, the Dandes George, Ouarzazate Filmstudios and a lot of other nice places where we had breaks. Tip: take some drinks and snacks to the desert to watch the sunset!

Excellent driver. Nice tour, amazing value for money. I’d suggest to cut the tour from 4 to 3 days, the last day is just a nice camel ride from the desert, then by car to Ouarzazate. As there’s not much to do in the city and it’s just 3h from Marrakech, I’d suggest to cut the stop and avoid spending one night there.

The first few days were great, especially enjoyed the filming locations and the desert trip (quad bikes and camels). Be sure to wear something warm as the tent gets very cold in the morning! The last day could have been avoided, we staid in Ouarzazate for half a day, slept there and then went back to Marrakech. There isn’t much to see in Ouarzazate so it would have made more sense to go directly back to Marrakech after the desert camp.

The vehicles were extremely comfortable which is a must given that we travelled great distances. Our driver Tarik was quick to answer all our requests. As a bonus, his music playlist is great! We enjoyed this tour so much that we decided to hire their services for a day tour to the Ouzoud Waterfalls. A special thanks also to Youssef for making our visit to Morocco very pleasurable.

Tour description was not correct and the driver spoke only Spanish. Even though we booked an English tour. We asked for compensation, but the customer service only answered with ridiculous excuses.

Our guides are prepared to give the necessary explanations in the language offered, even if it is not their mother tongue. The guide speaks several languages. We recommend to consult directly with the guide to find a solution during the excursion. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Cabe decir que parece que a los guías les indican unos lugares concretos donde invitarnos a comprar ciertos productos y a comer (a precio de turista), me faltó un poco de libertad en este sentido, aunque para otras personas quizás esto es algo guay, ya que no debes pensar nada e ir donde te mandan.
