La estancia en las haimas, la piscina,la cena y el espectáculo está correcto y ameno. Pero el encargado poco profesional, se nos dijo que podíamos desayunar a partir de las 8.00 y cuando fuimos varias personas del grupo sobre las 8.30 aún estaba durmiendo todo el staff....me parece una gran falta de responsabilidad por su parte, el servicio y atencion en el desayuno dejó bastante que desear. El guía Mohamed atento con nosotros y en constante comunicación.

Para empezar las fotos no se corresponden con como es realmente la habitación. El baño no tiene ni puerta y prácticamente no cae agua de la ducha. La cama, cutre y sucia. el viaje fue por carretera normal y el sitio esta a 30min de marrakets, nos dejaron en la zona donde se dormia a las 17 y ahi te dejan tirado hasta la hora del espectaculo que es sobre las 21, no te avisan que lleves bañador para la piscina, por otro lado los precios de las cosas son carisimos te cobran por una cerveza 50DH y una botella de vino 200DH, el espectaculo genial, pero tampoco te avisan de la hora de levantarte para desayunar (9:30) si tu no les preguntas tampoco te lo dicen

No vale la pena, es todo un desastre. Cuando hice la reserva avisé de que soy celiaca y me dijeron que tenian comida sin gluten pero no era verdad. A la cena me pusieron un muslo de pollo y el desayuno una tortilla de 1 huevo y me dijeron que era lo que habia que no tenian comida sin gluten. Cuando llegamos no tenian agua para beber y en la cena nos sirvieron solo agua caliente. Por la mañana todos teniamos sed pero no habia nadie que nos sirva. Cuando vimos que llegó el bus nos fuimos corriendo
