Una excursión muy divertida e interesante. El chófer Ayoub fue muy amable y estuvo pendiente de nuestras necesidades. El chófer no es un guía, te cuenta lo esencial del viaje. Lo mejor fue la visita a Ait Ben Haddout y la estancia en el desierto. El guía de Ait Ben Haddout fue muy majo (cuesta 2€ por persona). Alquilamos un quad para la ida al desierto (70€ dos personas) y montamos en dromedario a la vuelta. No merece la pena pagar por el campamento superior, es casi lo mismo que el normal. A very fun and interesting tour. The driver Ayoub was very kind and was attentive to our needs. The driver is not a guide, he tells you the essentials of the trip. Decepcionante. Fuimos 14 turistas en un minibús solamente con chofer que no hablaba casi nada de español ni ingles y sin guía, por lo que no nos explicaron absolutamente nada durante los 3 días de la actividad. Parábamos en sitios turísticos sin saber nada de la historia, qué íbamos a visitar, curiosidades ni cultura del lugar. Son muchas horas en coche sin explicar NADA del lugar, no compensa pagar esta actividad. Otros grupos con civitatis si tenían guia o conductor que explicaba muchas cosas

Disappointing. We were 14 tourists in a minibus only with a driver who spoke almost no Spanish or English and without a guide, so absolutely nothing was explained to us during the 3 days of the activity. We stopped at tourist sites without knowing anything about the history, what we were going to visit, curiosities or culture of the place. Nuestro grupo no tenía guía. El nivel de habla de español de nuestro conductor no era suficiente como para tener una conversación y por supuesto imposible hacer cualquier tipo de explicación. Otros grupos que conocimos durante el viaje sí tenían conductor y guía. Esto ha desmejorado significativamente la experiencia del viaje. Hubo paradas descritas en la web que no hicimos, y no nos decían qué paradas íbamos a realizar. Por los expuesto, reclamo el reembolso total del viaje.

Our group did not have a guide. Our driver's level of speaking Spanish was not enough to have a conversation and of course impossible to make any kind of explanation. Other groups that we met during the trip did have a driver and guide. This has significantly deteriorated the travel experience. There were stops described on the web that we did not make, and they did not tell us which stops we were going to make. For the above, I claim a full refund of the trip.

El tour de Marrakech al desierto lo hicimos con el guia Fouad Zemmou que fue encantador, divertido y amable todos los días a parte de tratarnos MUY bien a todos. Muy recomendable. Después, el trayecto del desierto a Fez lo hicimos en un taxi privado puesto por la civitatis (transporte MUY cómodo) con el conductor Yahya Tax, que fue también maravilloso con nosotras, nos llevó y dejó tiempo libre en todos los sitios que íbamos (el que quisiéramos) y nos trató genial.
