The activity was just perfect!!!! The pick up was on time and well arranged. Our guide Nour was kind and helpful; he gave us a nice Mint tea at the beginning; he explained us all the tour in details! We had the Camel ride and then a good soup to start, different beautiful shows, a full dinner and Henne tattoo at the end of the night! Thanks Nour! You made our day perfect :) I recommend this activity 100%.

Terrible. Didn't happen. Operator failed to come to hotel to pick up. We then had to run 15 mins to a new pick up point, where we waited one hour. We have photos of our wait. Driver failed to come to new pick up point. They then sent new car to pick us up from a new place. Took us to site where the camel ride , part of the paid tour was not available to us.. Full refund please

The place, service, food was so good. Just needs to explain that they do nor accept credit cards on the location for drinks consumption and payment. But the whole tour was amazing. It worth it. Regards

After the camel ride there is nothing to do for an hour and a half and it gets very cold. Then you sit around a fire while a man sings in spanish for an hour. Then dinner then some entertainment. You can't leave early and get back after midnight.

In the description of our website we specify the itinerary of this tour. We are sorry to hear that you did not like it.

Everythig was fine. The staff was very friendly and participating in all activities. Great experience. We were just surprised that we were brought by the driver to a argan oil shop on the road. We were not prepared for that. The ladies there ware very keen on selling a lot of stuff to very high prices.

The staff was nice however certain aspects of the tour did not meet our expectations. The tour was catered mostly for French speakers and as English speakers we didn’t feel as we were fully catered for. The food was ok only, too many people crowded into a tent. The performers were good however they were squeezed into a small space between the tables. I have experienced other shows of this nature in Morocco and for us this one lacked character and authenticity. No henna either.

We have confirmed that this activity was conducted in both languages in order to respect the French-speaking participants. Even so, the guides try to give the same explanations in both languages. We are sorry for the inconvenience caused, and that the tour was not to your liking.

Very nice, we had a really friendly driver to the desert. There was a pool there where we could relax before we went on a camel ride in traditional clothing. The campfire was really nice and the people were really friendly :)

Such a great experience! Pick up was on time in a comfortable van. The guides dropped us off after about an hour to a spot where they dressed us like bedouins and we had some good moroccan tea. Then we rode the camels to the dinner venue, for about an hour, so much fun! The guide took some pics for us. Then we watched the sunset and had a great dinner with entertainment. Awesome!!! Thank you so much!!!

The negative of the experience was the fact that the camels looked worn out and beat up. I was shocked and disappointed to see that one of the guides leading the camels had a stick and hit one of the camels with it. The dinner and show were a fun experience. One of the persons in our group, did not want to ride a camel, the staff then gave the option of a 4 wheeler At an additional cost, which was great.
