El dia q tenía reservada la actividad en castellano me dieron plantón. NO ACUDIÓ NADIE ni avisaron; cuando contacté con Civitatis (intenté localizar al proveedor pero no hubo manera), la agente q me atendió insinuó q yo había llegado tarde y me exigió pruebas de q había estado esperando en el punto de encuentro a la hora establecida.Al final he hecho la actividad en inglés porque no me aseguraban la devolución del dinero.La actividad en sí, súper bien, el guía Ziad excepcional, de 10. Quiero hacer una reclamación. La actividad no ha tenido lugar ya que a una hora que yo ya dormía me comunicaron un cambio de horario a 30 min antes x lo que no he podido llegar. Ustedes espera un cambio o anulación 24 h antes pero a la inversa es lo mismo.
